Everyone claim a country!
My floore.fsh is set up perculiar, floors 1, 2, 3, 7, 8, 23, & 32 were all
the same.
So I deleted them from high to low, then swapped floore 1 with floore 0.

Green ones are the swapped ones in the floore.fsh, blues are the
duplicates.
There's other ocean tile which look empty, but isn't, they have bits of land in
them.
